Policies
In order to be up front and clear with you regarding expectations there are certain policies that will be followed. I do hope that Anna's Fitness Page meets your expectations and is a valuable resource to you as you embark on your fitness journey. However, I know that not everyone is a perfect fit for my services. That being said here is what you can expect from Anna's Fitness Page.

Hours of operation
My office hours are Monday - Friday 1-3pm Central Time, except on holidays. You can expect personal service and responses to occur during these times. The course content however, is available for you to access via the internet or the app at all hours.

Terms of Payment
Payment is accepted up front and in full. If a month to month plan is needed please contact me.

Shipping
Delivery will be via email within 1-2 business days. Downloading of an external app or utilizing another online platform such as Precision Nutrition's Procoach or PT Distinction may be required as part of the course.

Cancellations
Cancel at anytime via e-mail, for no extra charge

Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a percentage basis. Refunds up to 80% of the purchased price are available if the course is cancelled within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days the amount refunded will decrease to 50% of the purchase price. There will be no refund issued after 90 days.
