A favorite quick and health snack of mine that I would like to share with you. Perfect for an afternoon snack or as an evening munchie.
Step one: Peel a cucumber
Step two: Cut the cucumber into thin slices
Step three: Lay the slices flat onto a plate or cutting board
Step four: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Options: Try out some different spices and/or add a splash of vinegar
