This page is a place to learn about fitness. We will be discussing and discovering things like strength, endurance, flexibility, nutrition and many other things that pertain to the world of fitness. The focus of my page will be educating the beginner about fitness via my blog . I will provide general content applicable to all via blog posts. The blog will always be free! For those of you needing an in-depth and more personalized fitness plan I will also be offering one on one training sessions via a subscription.
